This for that. In this case, ‘this’ is this:
My ‘86 Mustang LX. And here’s ‘that’:
A ‘97 F250 XLT extra cab 4x4 with a 7.3 Powerstroke turbo diesel.
The actual plan was to sell the Mustang, my P71, and my old truck and get myself a newer truck. Now the plan is sell the Mustang and the truck, buy this truck (for what I’m selling the Mustang for), do a little work on the truck, then flipping that truck for a good profit along with the P71 and getting a REALLY nice truck.
What’s ironic is that I once traded a ‘92 Mustang LX 5.0 straight up for the regular cab version of this truck...same color and everything. I won that trade and made about $2000, and I think I’ll win here as well. These OBS diesels are no joke, and as long as they’re reasonably solid they command great prices.
I've got a guy coming to see the Mustang today, and I'm seeing the truck Saturday. Good times!
